Job Description
**This is a Remote Opportunity**
We’re looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary — and reshape the future of building products distribution.
QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market-leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.
We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.
What you'll do:
Lead the Oracle Cloud EPM Platform
· Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Planning, FCCS, EDM, ARCS and related components.
· Oversee end-to-end administration of system design, metadata, integrations, reporting, and data flows across all EPM modules.
· Align the EPM roadmap with business objectives by partnering with the ERP Finance Director and key Finance stakeholders.
· Maintain system integrity and apply governance standards to ensure consistent use of best practices.
· Assist with Oracle fusion ERP finance application support and config as required.
Configure and Administer EPM Applications
· Configure and maintain metadata, dimensions, business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, workflows, and Smart View artifacts.
· Manage and enhance data integrations between EPM and source systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP, data warehouses, and legacy platforms.
· Assist with EPM security design by working with the security team to consult on defining user roles, access levels, and administration processes.
· Build, configure, and support financial reports within the EPM environment.
Provide Operational Support and Resolve Issues
· Serve as the primary contact for daily operational support, troubleshooting functional and technical issues as they arise.
· Investigate and resolve system issues, coordinating with Oracle Support when necessary.
· Support Finance teams during monthly FCCS close activities and Planning cycles.
· Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and user guides for Finance and Accounting teams.
· Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize user impact.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Change Management
· Lead the onboarding of acquired companies into Oracle Cloud EPM by managing configuration, integration, and deployment activities.
· Lead enhancement initiatives, new module implementations, and system upgrade projects.
· Review, test, and communicate the impact of Oracle’s monthly EPM updates to Finance stakeholders.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting efficiency.
· Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business partners to drive optimization and standardization across the EPM landscape.
