Our fully-remote teams include campaign strategists, writers, editors and designers who produce conversion-focused, thought-leadership content. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating with our internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and delivered on time.
Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time, remote position with a starting salary of $70,000 annually. Benefits include:
- 2 weeks of paid time off
- 2 weeks of sick time
- Standard federal holidays
- Non-standard holidays, including the week between Christmas & New Years
- 401(k) with $500 employer match after 6 months of employment

Requirements

You're equally comfortable diving into technical SEO data and crafting compelling client presentations. Your organizational skills are impeccable, and you take pride in keeping projects running smoothly while anticipating potential roadblocks before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client point of contact throughout campaign lifecycles
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management systems
- Maintain impeccable and timely communication with internal teams using project management tools and Zoom; marshaling the needed resources for each campaign within the vertical
- Provide thorough and timely communication with clients through bi-weekly calls and email correspondence
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, schedule client calls, and follow-up communications, ensuring clients always understand the value of their campaign.
- Translate complex campaign results into clear, cohesive narratives that demonstrate value to clients in an easy-to-understand way
- Support strategists with technical analysis using tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush's competitor gap analysis as needed
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets
- Maintain thorough documentation of project requirements and client communications, assisting the Strategist in creating client reports and internal executive summaries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency with project management software and methodologies
- Experience working in fast-paced, remote environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Required fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Required to attend & participate in virtual meetings
- Required to type proficiently
- Required to maintain sufficient internet bandwidth to run company applications and attend meetings with clear video
- A dedicated private & professional workspace, free from distractions and well-lit
- Required to structure environment conducive to productivity
- Required to have consistent access to a computer, webcam, and microphone during working hours & to record all company meetings and ensure they’re properly stored in the Google Drive
- Full adherence to FPS Dress Code and Cyber Security SOP
- Occasional travel (up to twice per year) may be required
