Job Description
• Align regional marketing initiatives to state strategies and revenue goals, leading timely and high-impact programs
• Build and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies tailored to priority states, leveraging data and insights
• Plan and deliver integrated field marketing programs that include: Local and state-level conferences, regional and state association sponsorships, in-person and virtual field events, and regionalized email and social media campaigns
• Identify and execute opportunistic and timely regional campaigns through traditional and digital channels
• Partner with key go-to-market departments including field sales, product marketing, content marketing, and sales leadership to ensure content and messaging are relevant and impactful
• Measure the effectiveness of programs, analyze campaign performance, and report on marketing’s contribution to pipeline creation, lead quality, and ROI
• Help manage regional marketing budgets as it relates to sponsorship and associations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field marketing roles
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional or state-level marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across various marketing and sales teams
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in education technology, publishing, or software marketing (K–12 preferred)
- Skilled in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and performance tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring messaging to different audiences and regions
- Experience with integrated campaign planning and execution
- Occasional travel (10%) to regional events and meetings
