Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Strategic Alliances Director to lead the development and management of high-impact partnerships that drive business growth, innovation, and market expansion. This fully remote role will focus on identifying, negotiating, and nurturing strategic alliances with key partners, technology providers, and industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an experienced partnership leader with strong business development expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of building long-term collaborative relationships that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and execute strategic partnership opportunities that align with company growth objectives

* Build and manage relationships with key partners, industry leaders, and technology providers

* Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, joint ventures, and collaboration initiatives

* Develop partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and product innovation

* Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and leadership to maximize partnership impact

* Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve results

* Represent the organization in strategic meetings, industry events, and partnership discussions

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging alliance opportunities

* Maintain clear documentation of partnership agreements, strategic plans, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, or related field

* 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances management, or business development

* Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships

* Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills

* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

* Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree (MBA or related field)

* Experience working with global partnerships and technology alliances

* Background in SaaS, technology, consulting, or high-growth startup environments

* Experience managing large strategic partnership portfolios
