Role Description

National Debt Relief (NDR) is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on, and highly motivated Group Product Manager to lead our Operations Pod to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic direction and oversee the functional roadmap of the Operations Pod within our Salesforce platform. You’ll provide guidance and support to a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers, while working closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and oversees the work of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers within the Operations Pod, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional growth.
  • Translate business needs, market trends, and user stories into strategic product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Salesforce tools and processes that align with the business goals.
  • Oversee and guide the team in tracking and managing project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth deployments and timely deliveries.
  • Work closely with the developers and product teams on releases, including the implementation of quality gates.
  • Oversees impact analyses for current and future functionality, helping the team identify areas of improvement, innovation, and long-term scalability.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field required. An MBA is a plus.
  • 8 years’ experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or debt relief industry required.
  • 4 years recent experience in Salesforce, including administration, configuration, and product development required.
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning, product design, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A solid track record in managing projects at scale, specifically within Salesforce.
  • A strong and effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in Agile project management process and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Design System Framework is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary for this position is $173,000 to $199,000 annually.
