Role Description

As an iSpot Solutions Engineering Director, you will be part of a team that brings together business intelligence, technical knowledge, and customer service. You will work with a high performing team who services the entire enterprise, driving new business and expansion opportunities. You are skilled at selling and have the ability to put significant effort into product education, integrations, and analysis.

  • Collaborate with client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.) to articulate and layout a clear understanding of value proposition and most impactful solution.
  • Translate complex concepts, approaches, and methodologies into simple and strategic terms for internal and external audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Leverage analytical experience to develop data-driven solutions and insights.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities.
  • Be comfortable utilizing business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on-the-fly analysis.
  • Facilitate and help to construct new client strategic road mapping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices, and work through unique use cases.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create & enhance new product offerings and methodology.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of media (live linear, CTV or digital) planning experience (Brand or Agency, both a plus).
  • Must have in-depth marketing, brand management experience (Brand, Agency, or Consulting Firm).
  • Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue.
  • Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites, as required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
  • Comfort managing contracts and negotiations process with various stakeholders (e.g. customer, procurement, and finance).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (and Master’s degree preferred) in business, statistics, or engineering with a penchant for data.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media.
  • Experience informing buy, plan, and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers, partners, and internal teams), assessing outcomes, and making recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and tell a simple and strategic story from technical data sets.
  • Ability to understand how to build client roadmaps that enable year 1 and beyond growth.

Compensation

  • Target cash compensation range: $124,700 - $152,000 USD Annually.
  • Competitive, market-informed compensation.
  • Includes base salary, variable commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets.
  • All full-time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options.
  • Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay.
