Job Description

• Publish and schedule Brand Guide-aligned content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads and additional platforms. • Maintain and update segment-specific content calendars. • Ensure all posts are optimized for platform best practices, accessibility, tagging and timing. • Execute organic posting, engagement and content distribution for Professional Education channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X). • Support creation of LinkedIn-specific content including: LinkedIn newsletters, LinkedIn live, thought leadership posts, industry trend highlights, SME spotlights, webinar promotions, professional recognition and awards. • Assist with the creation of organic content, including graphics, video clips, captions, stories, and carousels tailored to each platform. • Monitor competitor activity and share insights that can inform future content. • Engage with followers, student communities, and relevant professional audiences. • Assist in weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting by compiling metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, audience growth, clicks and content performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience managing organic social channels.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional-facing content.
  • Experience with Facebook, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Meta Suite, Monday, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong comfort level with analytics and social insights.
