• Lead end-to-end design across multiple initiatives, from early concept and problem framing through stakeholder alignment and final delivery. • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand shopping behaviors and translate insights into effective, data-informed design solutions. • Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. • Champion a cohesive and scalable design language, leveraging and contributing to the design system while ensuring global usability and accessibility standards. • Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, well-implemented, and delivered with high fidelity. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other designers to influence product direction and design decisions. • Maintain a high bar for design quality and consistency, from concept through implementation. • Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping raise overall design quality and craft. • Stay current with UX, UI, and e-commerce best practices, and apply them thoughtfully to improve product experiences at scale.
