Job Description

Redhot was founded in 2010 by veterans from the US and Chinese video game outsourcing industries, which has enabled us to run as lean as possible, while still offering a robust array of services, all without sacrificing quality or security. Over the years we have grown from a small core team, to a company over 500 strong, spread across multiple locations in China and one in Southeast Asia.
We provide art services to some of the most exciting AAA projects in the industry today – including God of War Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Call of Duty Vanguard, Age of Empires 4, Sniper Elite 5, and many others.
In 2017, Redhot became part of Keywords International Limited, and we have been honored to join the collection of exceptional studios that comprise the Keywords family.
We are currently looking to add a passionate and motivated Account Manager to account as the key focal point for our North American region based clients. This is a position that will see you working closely with the Studio Head to maintain and build on the existing relationships with our gaming industry clients, as well as be responsible for evangelizing and promoting to amazing work of the Red Hot team to new and potential clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for the gaming industry and/or art production (ideally both!) and a relentless drive to deliver the highest standard of service to our clients. You will also be the type of person who relishes a challenge and has an almost insatiable appetite for continuous learning. On our end, we will provide you with ongoing support, mentoring & training, and will provide you with all the contacts and introductions needed for you to be successful in this role - cold calling will be a rarity!
This role will likely require periodic travel to both client sites and industry events. There may also be the requirement to initially spend some time in the Shanghai, China head office.

Some of the cool stuff you'll be doing:
- Interface with existing clients, to help maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Serve as a point-of-contact for clients during North America business hours.
- Facilitate communication between production team and North American clients.
- Work closely with Studio Director to develop competitor intelligence, market understanding, and customer understanding
- Periodic business trips to visit clients and industry events
Job Requirements
- We are not necessarily looking for a ton of previous experience - we are more interested in your drive, passion and willingness to the extra mile to get things done. That said, here are some of what the successful person will bring to the team:
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Be results-driven, a problem solver, and have strong analytical capabilities
- Previous professional experience in a Sales, Client Management, or Customer-facing role would be viewed favorably
- A passion for the video games industry is a must
- An understanding or passion for Art production or other creative industries would be beneficial
- An ability to provide and receive objective internal and external feedback.
- Ability to connect and build business relationships
- Self-starter who embraces change
- Organizational pro who can manage multiple priorities
- A competitive mindset with a passion to "win" and "teach"
- Comfortable in challenging customers by offering the customer unique perspectives
