Manager, ICEO Global Mentoring Solutions & Growth – LHH Global

The International Centre for Executive Options (ICEO) is a specialized practice within LHH, a leading Talent Solutions Consultancy. The Manager, ICEO  Global Mentoring Solutions and Growth is a critical strategic execution partner to the Global Head of Mentoring, supporting the translation of mentoring strategy into commercially effective, client-ready solutions.

 

The role has a strong sales enablement and client-facing component, working closely with regional sales teams to support client and prospect conversations. This includes contributing to client presentations, being available to support priority sales opportunities, and responding to sales team needs to help convert mentoring interest into qualified opportunities and closed sales.

 

In parallel, this role drives cross-regional coordination and operational consistency, working across regions to enable speed to market and improve quality of execution. This includes analyzing metrics and performance insights, identifying trends, and supporting global standardization.

In this role you can expect to

Solutions and Growth Support

  • Partner with the Global Head of Mentoring and sales teams on active mentoring opportunities by supporting solutions scoping, proposal inputs, and preparation.
  • Track mentoring pipeline activity, solution demand, and key growth indicators.
  • Analyze insights to support visibility into trends, opportunities, and areas of focus.
  • Assist in identifying recurring client needs to inform repeatable solutions.

Opportunity to Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate mentoring solutions activities from opportunity through delivery in partnership with program managers.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of global mentoring frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Partner with internal operations to manage onboarding, data tracking, and success measurements for mentoring engagements across the globe.

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Assist in creating thought leadership and client-facing materials.
  • Support the marketing team in preparation of speaking, conference, and other marketing events.
  • Support the Global Head of Mentoring in updating mentoring-specific content and engagement activities in the ICEO community.

Innovation & Quality Assurance

  • Help research mentoring trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to support innovation.
  • Monitor client feedback and assist in continuous improvement efforts.

 

All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with consulting support, sales operations, and client delivery
  • Experience supporting client-facing work, including proposals, solutions materials, and delivery coordination.
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and proactively advance work without constant direction.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in global, matrix organizations
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize information, track progress, and surface key insights
  • Experience working alongside senior leaders in a virtual, global, and matrixed team environment.
  • Experience working in consulting, advisory, or professional services
  • Exposure to sales pursuits, proposal development and commercial pipelines in a client services context

Compensation: Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per year plus annual bonus

Placement within this range is determined based on experience, geography, and other compensatory factors.
