• Own and expand Novanta’s channel sales strategy across the U.S. and Canada • Cultivate high-performance channel partnerships • Develop joint business plans and quarterly reviews • Present R&A technologies to support partner success • Evaluate partner performance through scorecards and clear KPIs • Drive data-driven decision-making using Salesforce and partner insights

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales for technical/industrial products
  • Proven ability to grow revenue through partner ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation and commercial strategy capabilities
  • Motion control, robotics, or automation experience preferred
