The Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring smooth customer experience, managing expectations, and driving internal execution to match sales agreements. This role heavily involves coordination, running project cadences, chasing dependencies, and keeping customers informed to drive projects to completion.

The Seamstress will be responsible for performing alterations and repairs on various garments, such as hemming, seam adjustments, and replacing hardware like buttons or zippers. This role also requires providing exceptional customer service, assisting with fittings, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the finished product.

The role involves driving continuous improvement in Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling processes, including KPI development and critical path analysis for complex Equipment Only, EEP, and Turnkey projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrated L2/L3 project schedules to support reporting and on-time delivery analysis.
