Pay Range
$114.70 - $183.50Provides executive leadership, coordination, and strategic financial direction for Continuing Health operations, including financial planning, budgeting, decision support, revenue cycle oversight, and financial performance management. Partners with operational, clinical, and system finance leaders to ensure sound financial stewardship, compliance with system financial policies, and alignment with enterprise strategy. Supports fiscal integrity of assets, revenues, and expenditures while enabling informed decision making across Continuing Health services. This role serves as the senior financial leader for a complex, multi state Continuing Health portfolio and plays a critical role in supporting growth, transformation, and increasing operational complexity across home based, post-acute, and emerging care models.
Major Responsibilities
Leads financial operations across a diverse, multi‑state portfolio of Continuing Health services, including home health, hospice, home infusion, DME, SNFs, rehab, sleep labs, and emerging care models, ensuring scalable financial practices and consistent performance management.
Provides executive‑level oversight and partnership for enterprise revenue cycle operations and serves as a key financial advisor to managed care and business development teams, supporting payer negotiations through financial modeling, target rate development, and reimbursement analysis.
Leads financial modeling and pro forma development for new services, market expansion, reimbursement changes, and business transformation initiatives; oversees capital planning and capital request development in alignment with operational strategy and enterprise priorities.
Provides financial leadership during system implementations, conversions, and integrations, partnering with operations and IT to ensure financial integrity, continuity, and effective change management during periods of growth and transformation.
Designs and directs the financial operations and strategy for Continuing Health, ensuring alignment with system financial policies, enterprise priorities, and operational goals.
Provides leadership and administrative oversight for financial services teams, including setting objectives, developing talent, managing performance, and promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service.
Leads financial planning activities, including annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and multi‑year financial plans; monitors performance against plans and recommends corrective actions as needed.
Provides financial analysis, benchmarking, and decision support to executive and operational leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Directs financial analysis for programs, service lines, and initiatives, including pricing, financial viability assessments, and performance improvement recommendations in collaboration with operational leaders.
Oversees revenue cycle financial performance, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, bad debt management, pricing, and charge capture accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Partners with system finance, decision support, care management, and information systems leaders to ensure accurate cost accounting, effective use of decision support tools, and standardized financial data and reporting.
Supports physician financial operations as applicable, including physician billing oversight, physician compensation analysis, and collaboration with system partners on contracting, reimbursement, and managed care financial considerations.
Ensures compliance with system financial policies, internal controls, and audit standards; supports adherence to corporate compliance requirements related to billing, reimbursement, managed care, contracts, and safeguarding of assets.
Represents Continuing Health finance on system and site committees, task forces, and initiatives; prepares and presents financial performance updates and analyses to senior leadership and governance groups as requested.
Leads or supports special projects, financial feasibility analyses, and other strategic initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements

Experience
Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial operations experience within the healthcare industry, including at least 4 years in a financial leadership or management role. Experience leading financial operations in a multi‑site and/or multi‑state healthcare environment.

Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement, revenue cycle, and financial analysis
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing high‑performing teams
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
Proficiency with financial systems, decision support tools, and advanced computer applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed healthcare environment
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability to travel to various sites, meetings, and system locations as required.
Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
