Job Description

Job Description

The Engagement Coordinator will support NetImpact’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in delivering modernization initiative. The project represents a large-scale transformation affecting operational systems, workforce processes, and organizational practices across the National Airspace System (NAS).

This role provides program coordination support across NetImpact’s OCM effort and the Prime Integrator's, Organization Effectiveness (OE) office to help maintain program rhythm, governance cadence, and stakeholder engagement activities. The Project Coordinator helps ensure that meetings, decisions, actions, and program artifacts are organized and tracked effectively so leadership can focus on strategic delivery.

The role supports coordination of stakeholder outreach, engagement activities, workforce readiness initiatives, and program governance processes associated with modernization efforts. The Project Coordinator also helps maintain alignment between technical teams, OCM activities, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

This is a highly organized, detail-oriented role that requires strong note-taking, coordination, and communication skills, as well as the ability to synthesize information and connect insights across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of program governance activities including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and materials, capturing clear and concise notes, and tracking decisions and action items across the OCM and OE teams.
  • Provide structured meeting support by distilling key insights and translating discussions into actionable follow-ups that maintain visibility of commitments and next steps across workstreams.
  • Maintain organized repositories of program artifacts including meeting documentation, strategy materials, stakeholder engagement outputs, and working deliverables across collaboration platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics and preparation for stakeholder engagement activities including site visits, hotwashes, interviews, workshops, and workforce engagement sessions.
  • Assist with coordinating outreach and engagement activities across FAA stakeholder organizations, Stakeholder Engagement Office, and operational workforce groups.
  • Maintain organized repositories of program artifacts and operational documentation, including meeting materials, stakeholder engagement outputs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support consistent execution of program activities.
  • Track and manage program tasks, milestones, and action items across multiple workstreams and managing key team and customer calendars to ensure commitments are feasible, remain visible, and follow-ups are completed.
  • Monitor program communications and coordination channels to ensure important updates, questions, and action items are captured and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Support collection and organization of stakeholder feedback and cultural insights to inform engagement strategies, communication approaches, and adoption activities, including closing the feedback loop between FAA stakeholders and the BNATCS Integrator.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications, organizational development, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting complex projects, programs, or consulting engagements.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities across a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation skills, including the ability to distill key insights and decisions rather than simply transcribing discussions.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office tools.
  • Ability to track multiple tasks and follow-ups across teams while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and help connect insights across program discussions.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting federal programs or consulting engagements.
  • Familiarity with program governance, project coordination, or PMO support environments.
  • Exposure to organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, or workforce readiness initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating workshops, stakeholder interviews, or engagement events.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
