FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Data Warehouse Analyst Seniors – Power BI/Tableau in Jacksonville, FL to execute end-to-end dashboard migrations between Tableau and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and visual consistency. Translate complex calculations and business logic between DAX and Tableau expressions (including LOD expressions). Replicate data transformation logic using Power Query and Tableau Prep Builder. Design and implement optimized data models using star schema principles. Develop embedded analytics solutions for client-facing applications using Power BI Embedded and Tableau Embedded. Build and maintain data warehouse structures and ETL pipelines using SQL Server, SSIS, and other tools. Integrate data from diverse sources including cloud platforms, REST APIs, and financial systems. Manage deployments to Power BI Service and Tableau Server/Cloud, including refresh schedules and access controls. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and validate BI solutions. Provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. Ensure data accuracy, encryption and compliance with GDPR, PII, PCI, and other financial regulations. Conduct thorough QA testing to validate dashboards and reporting pipelines. Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts. Lead development of data visualization standards, documentation, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working in FinTech domain in roles including data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics; utilizing Power BI language syntax (DAX, Power Query), Power BI Service, Power BI Embedded, Tableau language syntax (Calculated Fields, LOD Expressions), Tableau Prep, Tableau Server/Cloud, Tableau Embedded, and complex SQL development; implementing performance tuning in cloud-based data warehousing; utilizing ETL tools including SSIS, Tableau Prep, and Azure Data Factory; performing dashboard migration and embedded analytics development; working with data modeling, governance, and financial data compliance; and working in Agile environments using Jira and Rally tools. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
