- Agile/Scrum experience: Sprint planning, Daily standups, Retrospectives
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability in delivering reliable systems
- Ability to operate effectively in large, aligned development organizations
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code review assistants) responsibly to enhance productivity and code quality
- Proven track record of delivering reliable, production-ready backend systems
- Experience leading backend architectural decisions
