The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Wholesale In Good Order (IGO) Reviewer to support the Producer Solutions Operations business in work from home environment.

 

Background Details
As the Wholesale In Good Order (IGO) Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing producer submission requests per standard procedures and provide clear, concise, written instruction using the AWD IGO Review Template for processing. You will document exception handling notes to ensure accurate processing. You will also identify submissions that are not in good order (NIGO) and research and resolve NIGO items to avoid processing delays. If this sounds like a role for you, please read on!

What you'll be doing

  • You will review, research and resolve producer submission requests in a fast-paced, high-volume, production driven environment. You will be responsible to accurately sequence work appropriately before sending it to the processing area based on standard procedures (i.e. Due Diligence).
  • You will send outstanding requirements (OSR) and/or coordinate the most effective method of outreach to the agent/producer depending on channel requirements for outstanding items. You communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholder while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. You will provide customer service, recognize what needs to be done to meet needs and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to meet those needs.
  • You will manage escalations that have been flagged for immediate resolution and processing, exhibiting intermediate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assist internal/external customers while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity and responsiveness to meet customer needs.
  • You will recognize and research issues/concerns and suggest process improvements.

What we’re looking for

Must-have experience (Required):

  • High School Diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.
  • 2-3 Years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience that aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software.
  • Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  

 

Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):  

  • Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations.
  • Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $31.93 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
