We are looking for a xarvio US Testing and Training Engineer - Midwest US - Field to join our Agricultural Solutions team to support our business in the Midwest US.

As a xarvio US Testing and Training Engineer, you will support the US xarvio business by coordinating agronomic model validation, new business testing, and training initiatives. In this role, you will manage field trials, support beta testing with retailer partners, develop KPIs to measure product success, and collaborate with commercial and training teams to prepare for successful product launches and adoption of BASF’s digital farming solutions.

  • Leading xarvio Field Manager agronomic model needs, testing, and validation.
  • Facilitating testing of new business opportunities to validate business impact, while supporting the development and implementation of field trials and protocols.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement testing needs.
  • Partnering with xarvio Digital Farming stakeholders to support the successful launch and execution plans of new and/or improved features.
  • Developing a content deployment strategy for internal and external xarvio Field Manager users.
  • Developing KPIs to track effectiveness.
  • Supporting xarvio commercial implementation as needed.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Bring 2+ years of professional experience in the agriculture or digital industries.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building, written and oral communication skills, along with a proven performance track record.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have expertise in adult learning strategies.
  • Are self-motivated, results-driven, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Pay transparency

 

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $78,720 - $108,240. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
