What You’ll Be Doing:

• Source candidates through external channels like LinkedIn, Onlinejobs.PH, Jobstreet, Facebook, online databases, and active outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments as needed
• Provide timely updates to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Manage candidate records and hiring activity in our ATS
• Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding handoffs

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (ideally in a staffing or agency setting)
• Comfortable using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external job boards
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Requirements

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
