What You’ll Be Doing:
- Source candidates through external channels like LinkedIn, Onlinejobs.PH, Jobstreet, Facebook, online databases, and active outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments as needed
- Provide timely updates to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate records and hiring activity in our ATS
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding handoffs
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (ideally in a staffing or agency setting)
- Comfortable using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external job boards
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Requirements
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
