Caboodles Marketing Intern
Job Summary
As a Caboodles Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with one of the most iconic brands in the beauty organization space. You’ll support marketing, digital, and product development initiatives while helping the team connect with consumers, grow the brand, and bring new ideas to life. This internship is perfect for someone curious, creative, and excited to learn how a brand evolves from concept to consumer.
What will you do?
• Support marketing communications and consumer engagement programs
• Assist with brand collaborations and partnership initiatives
• Help manage the Caboodles social media calendar and create engaging posts and captions
• Respond to social media comments and questions while supporting community engagement
• Organize and manage social giveaways
• Analyze social media performance and engagement metrics
• Evaluate and improve the Caboodles direct-to-consumer website experience
• Work with digital teams to identify opportunities to increase online sales and customer engagement
• Assist with competitive research and consumer insights for future product development
• Help develop strategies for upcoming product launches
• Research influencers and marketing channels to reach target audiences
