Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- California LiveScan
- Mandated reporter training
- Degree verification and resume
- NPI and CAQH attestation
Requirements
- 3+ years of BCBA experience across diverse settings (home, school, community)
- Proficient in caregiver training and coaching using BST
- Experience across various ages and assessment tools
- Strong time management and follow-through
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and team-minded
- Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, person-centered, and strength-based care
- Flexible and responsive to client and organizational needs
- Grounded in self-care and sustainable professional practices
- Familiarity with Catalight, BHPN, or Kaiser systems is a plus

Provide after-hours behavioral health triage by fielding inbound member/provider calls, assessing psychiatric and substance use admissions, managing crisis calls, determining medical necessity and levels of care, coordinating inpatient treatment plans with facilities, documenting outcomes, and attending compliance training.
