Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Manage scheduling and calendar for executives, setting up meetings and ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for client meetings and internal use.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and communications to enhance client relationships.
- Track project progress and ensure timely deliverables for clients to meet their marketing goals.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and improve processes.
