Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing engagement. • Proactively manage client communications, providing strategic updates and anticipating needs to drive a positive experience. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align project execution with client goals, ensuring outcomes meet or exceed expectations. • Ensure a smooth transition to post-implementation support, maintaining continuity and client confidence. • Identify and surface opportunities for additional services or solutions that support client success and contribute to account growth. • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements. • Lead team onboarding activities to ensure alignment and readiness for successful project execution. • Facilitate internal and client-facing kickoff meetings to establish shared goals, roles, and success criteria. • Lead project execution in alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets. • Assign and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Oversee project financials, including revenue recognition and budget tracking. • Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to meet client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience leading ERP implementation projects for Sage X3 or similar ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProccessPRO, MS Dynamics)
  • Proven success managing end-to-end ERP projects within Process Manufacturing or Distribution Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope, supported by a strong project management foundation.
  • Solid understanding of ERP concepts; experience in process manufacturing or distribution manufacturing desired.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and meeting key performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • PMP Certification required.
