- Provide strategic guidance on complex or enterprise-scale customer implementations to ensure consistency, quality, and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with consulting teams, sales teams, and partners to design effective solutions for sophisticated investment management organizations.
- Enable internal teams and consulting partners through training, documentation, and rollout support for new product features.
- Manage and support Back Office partner consultants by delivering onboarding, enablement sessions, and structured shadowing opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback from the field and ensuring insights inform product enhancements and implementation frameworks.
- Build scalable partner engagement frameworks that support a growing ecosystem of services and consulting partners.
- Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge openly, mentoring teammates, and contributing to a culture rooted in ownership and transparency.
