Role Description
Attentive is seeking a Senior Counsel, Corporate to support the company’s corporate legal strategy as it continues to scale globally. This role will:
- Oversee core corporate governance functions.
- Advise on securities compliance, strategic transactions, and corporate structuring initiatives.
- Lead matters related to securities law compliance, including SEC reporting, disclosures, and public company readiness initiatives.
- Support the corporate secretary function by preparing governance materials for the board and its committees.
- Help maintain the policies and controls that support effective corporate compliance.
- Contribute to strategic corporate initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising transactions, equity plan administration, and international entity management.
- Partner closely with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure the company’s corporate structure and governance framework support long-term growth.

- Strong experience advising high-growth technology companies on securities law, corporate governance, and strategic transactions.
- Comfortable working with executive leadership.
- Able to navigate complex corporate matters.
