Job Description
Role Description
Are you passionate about bringing people together and building inspiring, memorable, and engaging experiences? The Amazon Seller Events Team (ASET) is seeking a high-judgment, detail-oriented, and results-driven registration professional to help manage highly visible, large-scale registration initiatives for Amazon seller events. The Event Registration Manager will join the Event Technology and Analytics team on the Amazon Seller Events Team (ASET).
In this role, this individual will own end-to-end execution of key registration and attendee management workstreams from requirements gathering through deployment and post-event support. This role will be the directly responsible individual for specific platform areas including:
- Microsite management
- Passkey registration platform
- Seller verification
- ZenDesk implementation
- Pre-event attendee management
- Session catalog
- Agenda builder
- Onsite badging and check-in
This individual will join a team of subject matter experts on event technology services and product offerings, aligned to the strategic goals of the team and organization.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, content, creative, and seller engagement teams to ensure a seamless, best-in-class registration experience, and will provide stakeholders with thorough insights and recommendations.
This position will lead innovation through data-driven observations leading to relevant, actionable recommendations, which improve registration design and attendee experiences. As part of each deployment and onboarding of new platforms, this role may also manage the security reviews and approvals in conjunction with Amazon Information Security (InfoSec) teams.
The ideal candidate has a proven history of managing and streamlining registration processes with operational excellence, can work through complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, and can anticipate and navigate roadblocks before they become issues. This individual will effectively work with internal and external stakeholders, while rolling up their sleeves and getting stuff done — no detail will be too small. They will obsess over details, display poise and sophistication in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, and deliver results.
Qualified candidates will be considered from Remote Locations throughout States in the US, including but not limited to: California, Maryland, New York, Virginia, Washington, and Washington DC.
