• Full-time growth analysis, with a mix of reporting on and advising on performance (which campaigns are working, opportunities for optimization, interesting insights through the entire end-to-end funnel, ad hoc asks, etc.) • Proactive insights and analysis • Develop and maintain experiments (A/B tests, feature flagging) to validate hypotheses and measure impact • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve event tracking, instrumentation, and data quality • Policing tracking and ensuring that we have the coverage we need as we release things, that it's showing up where it needs to, and helping us create a culture of self-serve analytics • Planning and executing on more qualitative measurement (surveys, brand lift studies, and the like) • Performance deep dives on paid acquisition channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
