Job Description

• Provide virtual individual and group counseling to clients in achieving recovery and personal well-being. • Conduct comprehensive assessments using ASAM Six Dimensions and develop individualized treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment services. • Provide virtual individual and group counseling, education, and behavioral modification strategies. • Facilitate psycho-educational and therapeutic groups as part of the recovery process. • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and clinical supervision sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Must hold a current LADC or ADC-T license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Must be a resident of Minnesota.
  • Completion of 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health disorders (within 6 months of hire if not already completed).
  • Ability to use platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
  • Ability to use EHR (Ritten) and other electronic tools for documentation.
  • Adherence to MN Statutes 604.20 and 604.205 regarding sexual exploitation.
  • Successful completion of the MN Department of Human Services background study.
