This role involves assuring the integrity of financial and statistical data through the preparation or review of various financial documents and analyses, while actively communicating and presenting information to diverse audiences. The analyst will also use reporting tools to develop complex management financial information and may take ownership of technical processes.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and partnering with the Sales Ecosystem (Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Partners) to drive decision-making and resource planning. Key duties include building detailed financial models, conducting ad-hoc analyses, performing month-end close activities, and improving operational processes.

This role involves managing group mailbox routing, handling customer escalations, and providing support to both onshore and offshore teammates regarding core financial processes like pricing administration and billing. Responsibilities also include managing projects to meet deadlines and communicating constantly with customers.
