Job Description

• Review and approve marketing creative prior to launch • Evaluate claims under FTC compliance standards • Distinguish between structure/function claims and disease claims • Conduct net impression analysis (copy + visuals) • Partner with Growth and Creative to revise high-risk content while preserving performance • Monitor FTC enforcement trends and platform policy changes • Maintain creative compliance tracking system • Train internal teams and creators on compliant messaging

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in advertising compliance, regulatory affairs, or health-product marketing compliance
  • Direct experience applying FTC health products compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of: Substantiation requirements, Net impression analysis, Influencer disclosure rules, Performance marketing dynamics
  • Experience in DTC wellness, supplements, or functional foods preferred
