Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience supporting LIS/LIMS platforms, ideally in an HLA or clinical laboratory environment.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries; experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle.
- Experience with SAP Crystal Reports development.
- Working knowledge of HL7, lab instrument connectivity, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows systems, Active Directory, and VPN protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet SLA-driven deadlines.
- Availability for rotating on-call support (e.g., one week per month).
