Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- 7 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team producing high-craft, brand-led work-related job experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, integrated campaign work, and polished storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience in lifestyle photography and video direction (either leading or art-directing).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple projects with calm professionalism.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, growing environment with evolving workflows.
- Strong systems thinking — able to scale visual ideas across formats, channels and audiences.
- Experience with testimonial videos or ‘real people’ photo art direction
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and interest in shaping their responsible use
- Experience elevating creative for purpose-driven organizations
