Job Description
What We Need
Corpay is seeking a highly strategic Senior Product Manager to own product direction across our ERP integrations and partner ecosystem. This is a market-facing, commercially oriented role responsible for shaping how Corpay integrates, competes, and grows within ERP marketplaces — specifically Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct.
This is not a traditional backlog- or sprint-focused PM position. This leader will operate at the intersection of ecosystem strategy, revenue growth, channel partnerships, and integration platform evolution — serving as the strategic hub between ERP channel partners, sales, marketing, product engineering, and customer success.
If you are energized by ecosystem strategy, embedded finance, API platforms, and partner-led growth — this role is for you.
How We Work
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN or Richmond, VA
- Company-issued equipment
- Hands-on training
Ecosystem & ERP Strategy
- Owning product strategy across ERP ecosystems including Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct
- Developing a clear point of view on marketplace trends, partner requirements, and competitive positioning
- Identifying co-sell, embedded finance, and integration expansion opportunities
- Serving as the strategic voice of ERP and channel partners within product planning
- Defining marketplace growth and partner enablement strategies
- Attending ERP channel events and building relationships with key ecosystem partners
Integration & API Platform Leadership
- Shaping the long-term vision for Corpay's API portfolio, including AP Automation, Commercial Card, Webhooks, and real-time integrations
- Influencing modernization from batch-based processes toward API-first capabilities
- Creating and managing the Developer toolkit and documentation standards
- Elevating integration simplicity and developer experience
- Partnering with Engineering to ensure scalable, secure, marketplace-ready integrations
- Translating partner and market feedback into structured product insights
Revenue & Market Alignment
- Partnering with Direct and Channel Sales leaders to understand pipeline drivers and integration-led deal opportunities
- Developing business cases for strategic integration investments
- Influencing roadmap priorities based on revenue impact and ecosystem opportunity
- Supporting strategic deals where integration positioning is critical
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Aligning Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around ecosystem priorities
- Establishing structured feedback loops between partner-facing teams and product teams
- Providing strategic updates to executive leadership on integration and marketplace performance
- Working with Solution Consultants to ensure they are equipped to deliver the Corpay Complete 'Better Together' story
What Success Looks Like
- Clear ERP ecosystem strategy tied to measurable revenue growth
- Strong alignment between the integration roadmap and partner needs
- Increased marketplace traction and partner-driven revenue
- Improved sales effectiveness in ecosystem-led deals
- Executive confidence in the long-term integration platform direction
- Crisp, accurate articulation of what Corpay integrations do and do not do
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, API/Integration leadership, or Ecosystem Strategy
- Hands-on experience working within ERP ecosystems — Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct required
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive go-to-market strategy within a channel or partner ecosystem, not just support it
- Strong working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration platform concepts; technical depth with APIs is a significant plus
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Commercial orientation — able to build business cases, quantify ecosystem opportunity, and connect product decisions to revenue outcomes
- Experience in FinTech, B2B payments, AP automation, or Commercial Card strongly preferred
- Experience working with channel, reseller, or referral partner models
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic business experience preferred
Benefits & Perks
- Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire
- Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
- Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide
- Robust PTO including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and volunteer time
- Employee discounts with major providers (wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)
- Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations
- Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes
