POSITION SUMMARY
- Build, test, and deploy healthcare data interfaces using HL7, FHIR, and other industry-standard protocols.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for interface issues to maintain seamless clinical and business operations.
- Create and maintain detailed integration workflows, technical specifications, and system configurations.
- Partner with Customer Success and Optimization teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions using industry best practices.
- Simultaneously manage multiple development projects and support tickets while ensuring alignment with Architecture and Security standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and digital transformation to reduce operational inefficiencies.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or 3+ years equivalent work experience, with 3+ years in healthcare IT (Enterprise Imaging).
- 3+ years of experience with radiology-centric applications (PACS, EMRs, VNAs, Voice Recognition systems) and interoperability standards.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare integration or interface development.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x, FHIR, DICOM, radiology workflows, interface engine deployment and other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Proficiency in integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Corepoint.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation tools.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
