Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline is required.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Must have at least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within a Salesforce consulting or federal program environment
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative approach to working with teams
- MUST currently work on a VA contract with an active Public Trust or higher clearance to be considered.
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including managing users, profiles, permissions, and data security.
- Hands-on experience providing operational support for Salesforce environments — including patching, upgrades, POA&M resolution, and emergency directive implementation.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks and cybersecurity directives related to Salesforce environment management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration management, and debugging processes.
- Proficiency in using system logs, monitoring tools, and performance analysis to ensure environment health and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to implement corrective actions under tight deadlines.
