Life Signs is looking for a dedicated Wellness Coach to join our remote team. This full-time, remote position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the health and wellness of our community in the Hospital/Health Care industry. As a Wellness Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through personalized guidance and support.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop tailored wellness plans, offering insights on nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients navigate their wellness journeys, ultimately contributing to improved health outcomes. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $49 to $58, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and goals
- Develop personalized wellness plans tailored to individual client objectives
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients through regular check-ins
- Educate clients on nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Nutrition, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in wellness coaching or a similar role
- Strong understanding of health and wellness principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients towards their health goals
- Experience with client assessment tools and techniques
- Knowledge of nutrition and fitness programming
- Proficient in using digital communication tools for remote coaching
