Job Requirements
- Preferably Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- Preferably students between their junior and senior years
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a remote environment
- Analytical mindset with interest in understanding and improving how work gets done
- Open to work with diverse, global teams and different work styles
- Proficient with process mapping tools such as MS Visio
- Coursework experience related to process improvement, operations or analytics.
