Job Description
• Own the entire design process from discovery through delivery to impact measurement.
• Design the habit layer - streaks, rewards, progression systems, feedback loops.
• Make complex data feel simple - dashboards, reports, journals, learning flows.
• Integrate AI so it feels native.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure we're building the right thing.
• Facilitate when needed - workshops, design sprints.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product design (or 3+ if you're genuinely exceptional-we care about mindset over tenure)
- Strong end-to-end skills
- Proven gamification and habit-building work
- Experience with data-heavy products
- Ownership mentality
- EMEA Time Zone overlap
