Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met
• Analyze financial statements and variances; provide insights and explanations to management
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support external and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules
• Assist with financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis
• Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of strong Oracle experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with month‑end close and reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
