Senior Project Associate
Perform on‐site field measurements, documentation, and inventories
Develop and update CAD information based on field notes
Populate inventories based on field notes
Proficiency in AutoCAD/CCM Plus is required.
Excellent communication skills
Client-facing
Internally with your manager and fellow associates
Travel is required (up to 50% of each month)
Expense reports
Booking travel

Proficient in Plotting & Scanning
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Lead field survey teams
Can survey independently
Train Project Associates during on‐site field work
Ability to decipher MEP engineering files with assistance
Ability to navigate and provide guidance on the AVS
Time management - complete projects in provided timeline
FDM:
Ability to decipher construction drawings
Proficient in Access
Communicate with outside consultants (CadTech)
Working knowledge of existing ATG standards
LSMP/LSA:
Ability to decipher LS/SOC engineering files independently
Proficient in Access
Minimal on-site field survey
Working knowledge of existing ATG standards
LSM:
Ability to decipher MEP & LS engineering drawings with assistance
LS Pro Inspections
Complete NFPA 80 Door Inspection Training
Working Knowledge of Fire Alarm System & Emergency Lighting Devices
Working Knowledge of Life Safety Plans
Working Knowledge of LSM Drawing Standards
Using AVS to complete updates
Changing Barcodes
Cleaning up Cad-Sync
Compliance Manager Reports
AR/SP:
Developing a shell/core & Collaborate with associates to develop together
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of building systems and structures
Working knowledge of Revit is preferred.
Working knowledge of MEP system and existing ATG standards
Demonstrate ability to check Space & small AR projects
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access
Maintenance:
Working knowledge of Revit is preferred.
Working knowledge of existing ATG standards
Perform LSM Clean-up per markups

Estimated compensation for this position:
65,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
