As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will sell Advisor360°’s core platform and solutions to mid-sized wealth management firms. You’ll manage a balanced pipeline of opportunities, work with director- and VP-level buyers, and close deals that help firms modernize their technology and scale their operations.


This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role for a strong closer who is comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously, executing proven sales motions, and building trusted relationships across the wealth management ecosystem.


Here’s What You’ll Do:  

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts—from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers at RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and mid-sized wealth management firms
  • Educate prospects on how Advisor360°’s platform improves advisor productivity, operational efficiency, compliance, and client experience
  • Run structured discovery to understand business needs and map Advisor360° solutions to defined use cases
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored demos aligned to prospect requirements
  • Manage a healthy pipeline across a defined territory or account segment and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with Marketing on inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in CRM and sales engagement tools


What You Bring to the Table:  

  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in a closing role
  • Experience selling SaaS or FinTech solutions to mid-market customers
  • Familiarity with the wealth management industry, including RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial services firms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals with moderate complexity and defined sales cycles
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to communicate value clearly to director- and VP-level stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable working within established sales processes and playbooks
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

The estimated base salary range for this position is $115-145,000 + commission & equity.
