• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy and platform goals. • Translate product vision and complex requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and leadership to shape platform capabilities and technical direction. • Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning development priorities with business objectives and platform evolution. • Facilitate product planning activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery. • Monitor progress toward product goals, adjusting priorities and scope as needed to maximize impact and delivery outcomes. • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, working with engineering leadership to resolve issues and keep delivery on track. • Evaluate opportunities to improve platform capabilities, scalability, security, and operational efficiency. • Contribute to the evolution of BSC Analytics’ AI platform, helping identify new capabilities, workflows, and automation opportunities. • Support and collaborate with engineering teams, fostering clarity around priorities and enabling effective execution.
