Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in payroll.
- 10+ years’ experience in progressive payroll positions in high-growth, public and multinational companies, with a demonstrable track record of leadership and strategic process improvement.
- Experience working in a publicly traded, high-tech, high-growth company where equity compensation (i.e., RSU, stock options, and ESPP programs) is common.
- Proactive, strategic leader focused on driving continuous process improvements for efficiency and long-term business continuity.
- Extensive proficiency with Workday Payroll, including reporting, system configuration and enhancements.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion as it relates to confidential and sensitive company and employee data.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment by managing priorities and concentrating on accuracy.
- Understanding of emerging technologies like AI/Machine Learning and their potential application within the payroll and finance domain.

The US Payroll Administrator will administer daily payroll operations, including preparing and processing biweekly payroll for over 500 employees across multiple states, handling all related calculations and deductions. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing regulatory reporting, establishing internal controls, and collaborating with the HR team on payroll-related matters.
This role is responsible for ensuring multi-state and international bi-weekly payroll for over 400 employees is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations. Key duties include administering the Deltek Timekeeping system, coordinating benefit deductions, setting up garnishments, and resolving payroll issues.
