Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent on Biz Ops, G&A or R4R roles at a high-growth company
- A proven process builder - you've brought structure to a reactive recruiting environment and have the playbooks to show for it
- Deep sourcing expertise, including fluency with advanced research techniques and outreach strategies for niche and senior roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you communicate with clarity, consult with confidence, and build trust fast with leaders at every level
- Data fluency - you use metrics to drive decisions and tell the story of your pipeline health, not just report on it
- Exceptional organizational skills - you can manage a large, diverse req load without dropping the ball
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful - you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told
- A growth mindset and a high standard - you care deeply about quality and are always looking to refine and improve your craft
