Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AI agents and software to enhance supply chain operations and enterprise applications.
- Apply prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG techniques, function calling, and AI evaluation methods to optimize AI integrations.
- Build, deploy, and scale AI systems using modern frameworks and tools (Python, SQL, Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and product teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI systems, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers in AI development, software best practices, and architectural design.
- Stay current on AI trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or data science, including at least 1 year focused on agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent development frameworks (e.g., Google Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK).
- Knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols.
- Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, SQL, system design, and DevOps/AIOps practices; familiarity with JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable).
- Experience in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production AI solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS), LLM fine-tuning, Snowflake, or GCP Vertex AI Agent Builder is a plus.
