Role Description

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, data science, and engineering) to architect scalable, effective frontend solutions.
• Lead the full lifecycle of feature development, from proof-of-concept to delivery, with a focus on usability, performance, and reliability.
• Proactively identify opportunities for product improvements, using data insights and user feedback to drive meaningful enhancements.
• Mentor teammates, provide guidance on technical challenges, and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
• Participate actively in code reviews, architecture design, and specification reviews to ensure maintainable and extensible solutions.
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and best practices for frontend development and observability.
• Stay up to date with modern frontend trends and apply new approaches to optimize product quality, user experience, and team productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend engineering.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, especially React.
• Experience building data-driven products such as analytics dashboards, experimentation platforms, or large-scale visualizations.
• Strong skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding customer workflows and business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed, proactive approach to work with accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, distributed teams is a plus.
