Job Description
Job Requirements
- Certified Court Reporter with a valid license (i.e. AAERT) in the jurisdiction of practice, notarized in their state of residence, and can either achieve (or their state does not mandate) a remote notary license.
- Proven experience in conducting depositions for Longshore Act, Department of Labor Compensation Claims, and Defense Base Act cases or similar.
- Proficiency in the use of stenotype machines and computer-aided transcription.
- Have a familiarity with Eclipse Software. (Training is available through the Vendor)
- Excellent command of English language and grammar.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adherence to a strict code of ethics and professional conduct.
