- Proven track record of building client relationships, closing contracts, and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences field (advanced degree or MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of the cell and gene therapy market, including experience with CAR-T, TCR, TILs, Tregs, or CAR-NK technologies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and building commercial teams, is highly desirable.
