Key Objectives
Manage and respond to incoming emails or chats promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain organized records of email or chat communications and follow-up actions.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to a high volume of emails or chats daily, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Understand and interpret client inquiries to provide clear and concise responses.
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for accurate replies.
Maintain a professional tone and adhere to company guidelines in all correspondence.
Identify trends or recurring issues in email communications and suggest improvements.
