• Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations • Prepare and review routine and complex journal entries as part of the monthly close process • Perform complex account reconciliations and financial analyses • Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Prepare and/or review statements of cash flows for domestic and international entities • Prepare monthly variance analyses and communicate insights to management • Support external audits by providing schedules, documentation, and audit-ready financial statements • Assist with accounting and reporting for European subsidiaries • Ensure consistency in global accounting policies and support consolidation activities
